Our cloaks are made in a smoke-free facility in Los Angeles,California by craftsmen and women who care about the cloaks
and like to spread a bit of magic and light to the world that we now live in.
Each of our cloaks is closed
with a frog closure.
The hood is lined with black panne velvet on our unlined cloaks.
All of our lined cloaks
are lined in black panne velvet.
You may wash any of the cloaks on our website unless otherwise posted.
Shipping...
All of our shipping costs are $10.95 for the first item and $6.75 for each item after that.
We ship our cloaks
in 2-4 weeks unless notified for a rush.
Returns....
We will gladly exchange any damaged product within 14 days
of delivery.

1. When you purchase from
us (velvetcloaks.com) You are accepting the terms and conditions written here regarding returns and refunds.
2. Please
be sure that you ( the customer) have asked all questions about your purchase FIRST.
3. We do not refund.
4. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product from us, we will gladly exchange it for you at no cost to you.
5. The exchange /return must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
6. Regarding exchanges on damaged goods(re
#4/5) The item cannot be around cigarette smoke,tabacco or other smoke product, or otherwise undesirable smell. Clothing must
be returned unused(worn),altered in any way shape or form from how it was recieved by you(the customer). Any of these will
cause a default in the exchange policy. The return to you will be at your cost ..the same payment method as used initially.
7. This is what we (velvetcloaks.com) considers damage and will accept exchanges based on this criteria. Holes in
the fabric , missing clasp,rip,or obvious flaw in the fabric. (Please see#4)
8. Regarding returning your item for
exchange. Please insure your item and provide a tracking numbervia email(velvetcloaks@hotmail.com) If we do not receive your
return, there can be no exchange. Once we recieve your item(Via Fed Ex ground) with a copy of the shipping recieptwe will
credit your account the same way you paid . Please allow one billing cycle to recieve your shipping credit.We will send you
an email when the shipping credit has been sent.
9. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
10. All of our items are hand made with love one at a time. Each item is a little differant than the next. These are beautiful
, high quality hand crafted items. You cannot get this at Target.
